Founders Kite Week Cabarete 2022 – Uncharted Kite sessions

This summer Uncharted Kite Sessions held a series of private mini kite camps with Uncharted founder Andreas for private groups based off our larger kite camp format. We offered all the services we provide in our full sized camps like video coaching, bluetooth headsets, and everything from food to accommodations included, but for just two people instead of a full group.

This is the follow up video from our week with two friends Precilla & Marie-Pierre who joined Uncharted’s founder Andreas for a week long private strapless coaching experience in the Dominican Republic. With only 3 people, we we’re light and mobile, and we took advantage of our freedom by kiting different locations close to Cabarete. From outer reef waves on Kite Beach, to flat water technical riding at La Boca, and our favorite the beautiful waves of Encuentro. The island was our playground.

Over our week the girls riding and skills improved tremendously. The combination of bluetoooth headsets and daily video review is by far the best coaching combination that anyone looking to improve their skills can do. Add great food, and accommodations right on the kite spot, and you can’t ask for a more.
