Hurricane Irene and the Toeside Inlet Highway 12 Hatteras Island
Hurricane Irene washed out Highway 12 and disconnected the island from the supply chain on Hatteras Cape, North Carolina. This is the footage from the inlet and how perfect the wave was to kitesurf for Dan Murphy.
