Smolder on the Road by Célio Beleza – Matanzas/Chile

In April 2013 I’m leaving for another great adventure. This time the destination is in Matanzas Chile, a place of strong winds and powerful waves. I intend to catalog precise information on the coldest region of South America, to practice sports with surfboards.

The Smolder on the Road is a personal project that began in 2012 and want to explore the best spots in the world for kitesurfing and surfing, disseminating the culture, customs, religion and stories of these inhospitable places. Besides showing the potential of these places, the project also aims to gather valuable information for practitioners and admirers of these sports.

The search by winds and waves never ends and I always come back from a trip culturally rich and full of great stories and memories. These adventures that step together with friends in unfamiliar places, dangerous or exotic makes me happy, sisterhood is one of the best things about this lifestyle.
